Finally, sigh of relief for Sanjay Dutt and exuberance prevailed through the Bollywood film industry as Supreme Court of India on Monday 20th August 2007, grated bail to the actor. He was serving imprisonment for six years after being found guilty of possessing illegal arm from the people involvement in Bomb Blasts in Mumbai in 1993 which killed 257 people. He was convicted in a Judgment of Maharashtra high court on 31st July.
His Lawyer Karan Singh in a statement said “There is a lot of paperwork involved. He is expected to be released tomorrow.”
However film industry is excited after this news as people in the industry feel that actor has already suffered a lot for an unknowingly committing a mistake. They are hopeful; he will complete his three under produced movies. He was in jail since 31st July and spent his days as an ordinary prisoner, there.
