She made her debut as Neha with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s ‘Kareeb’ nine years ago. After a hiatus, marriage to Manoj Bajpai, and a reversal to her original name, Shabana Raza will now be seen in Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Alibaug’.
“People were coming to me with scripts that didn’t excite me,” Raza says, “In all important documents I have already been Shabana. My husband also calls me that.”
